Our Responsibility to the Environment

Helena Propertycare has a responsibility to minimise the impact our work has on the environment. We are passionate about reducing, re-using and recycling waste that we generate in the office and on site. To help achieve this we have an environmental management system that meets the ISO 14001 standards.

Here are a few of the ways we minimise our impact on the environment:

  • We segregate waste on site to reduce the amount that is sent to landfill.
  • All our vehicles are euro4 low emission vehicles.
  • We are installing Klean and Green retrofit technology which reduces carbon emissions and increases fuel efficiency.
  • We use an automated appointment scheduling system which aims to reduce the amount of distance each operative covers by planning the order operatives attend jobs.

Environmental Policy

Helena Propertycare recognises the importance of environmental protection and operates an environmental management system that has gained ISO 14001:2004 certification. Helena is committed to minimising the environmental impact of its activities in the provision of repairs and maintenance and other related services to our customers and clients.

It is Helena Propertycare's objective to continually improve environmental performance and to integrate environmental considerations into our business decisions, adopting greener alternatives and preventing pollution wherever possible.
