About our gas servicing
"Following a rigorous Pre-Qualification Process, Helena Propertycare was appointed to Fusion21's Gas Servicing and Maintenance Framework for the North West region. We assessed each of the potential service providers through a process, fully compliant with the EU Procurement Regulations (OJEU). The PQQ and Tender process also consisted of a detailed pricing analysis, references, site visits and panel interviews."

About our cyclical works
"Helena carried out extensive work on all our garages, replacing the old wooden doors with up and over ones. I explained that this type of door was not suitable as my car would not be able to fit into the garage. They were very helpful and decided to put new wooden doors on instead and at no cost to myself, Helena Propertycare also brought the frame forward which means I have more space to fit the car in. Not only that, but the workmen were fixing the roof of the house next door when they noticed one of my broken tiles and replaced it for me, despite the fact that I own my house!

About our aids and adaptations
"Workmen from Helena Propertycare fitted a new bathroom for me. I am nearly 80 and because of a bad accident, I was injured and therefore unable to get in and out of the bath without assistance. The new bathroom has made such a difference to my quality of life. The workmen have done a beautiful job, I can't find fault.
